The Harbour Room, adjacent to the Lightship, will be used as the basis of the Shoreside facilities, the Marquee will be attached to this building, any reference to the Marquee, includes the Harbour Room.

Regatta Headquarters
The Regatta Headquarters prior to the Regatta will be Box PoF, c/o Walton & Frinton YC, Mill Lane, Walton on the Naze, CO14 8PF.
Regatta Headquarters, commencing at 18:00 on Friday 23rd May, will be the Clarke and Carter Interyacht office at Suffolk Yacht Harbour. It may be contacted on VHF Ch 72 (call sign Regatta Base), telephone 01473 659681, or fax 01473 659758.

 
All notices will be posted on the Official Notice Board located in the marquee.

All signals made ashore will be on the Lightship After Mast. Results will be posted separately.

Social
Social events will take place in the Regatta marquee, adjacent to Haven Ports Yacht Club. The marquee will contain the main bar, and will provide the venue for dancing.
Food will be available both in the marquee and on the Lightship. Details are in the Regatta Handbook and on this website.
Prizegivings will be held at the marquee at approx; 18.30 hrs, on Saturday and Sunday and ASAP on Monday after racing.
More detailed information will be sent in the race pack.
The Race Pack will also be available on this website when ready.

Facilities:-
Berthing
Berthing will be provided for the regatta fleet between 18.00 on Friday 23rd May, and 18.00 on Sunday 25th May, at Suffolk Yacht Harbour. Please moor up in berth, or the area designated by the harbour staff.
Competitors are requested to call Suffolk Yacht Harbour on VHF Ch80 as they approach, in order to receive berthing instructions.
Berthing requirements, including any 'Motherships', to be noted on entry form.
Those non-residents who have not pre-booked on the regatta entry form should settle direct with Suffolk Yacht Harbour, at the normal visitor rates for berthing.
Yard facilities
